For any spills on the leather, gently wipe the area with a barely damp cloth and allow it to air dry. To preserve the leather’s natural qualities, we recommend avoiding cleaning products, as they may alter its appearance and texture.

Please note: Our natural leathers feature a beautiful, raw, and undyed light color. With sunlight and use, they will naturally develop a rich patina, deepening in tone over time.

We offer free shipping US wide on all purchases over $250 USD.

Please note, that our prices do not include any taxes or duties that may apply upon arrival in Canada or Mexico. Any import taxes or duties incurred are the sole responsibility of the customer.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer the option for a credit or exchange for another product. Please note that refunds are only accepted for wear items, including ponchos, scarves, and bags. To qualify for these options, all items must be postmarked within seven days of receipt. Important to know that all custom orders, made-to-order rugs, furniture, prints, bed linen, home rituals, sale items and all items purchased during offer periods are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
