Given the un-dyed nature of these products, variation in colour is to be expected and tones will vary dependant on the natural colour of the wool used. Images are supplied as a guide only.

The Maya Collection is made in Momostenango, in Totonicapán, Guatemala. Cushions and Rugs in the Maya collection use yarns that are dyed in natural colourways and designs that play on the wool’s textural features. They are made using traditional techniques by foot-loom, watching the weavers work with these instruments is truly mesmerising.

Handwoven by skilled artisans in the Mayan communities, these rugs have been sourced directly from the weavers at a fair price from the communities in which they were made. When you purchase a Maya rug, you’re helping Pampa trace the map that connects Guatemala's talented artisans with the global community.

Care & Instructions + -

Always use and underlay on any floor surface (we provide FREE underlays with rugs purchased through our online store within Australia).

Avoid direct and continuous exposure to sunlight, moisture and rotate to promote even wear. Carefully vacuum your rug and have it professionally clean when needed. For more info refer to our Care + Maintenance.

Shipping & Returns Info + -

We offer free shipping US wide on all purchases over $250 USD.

Please note, that our prices do not include any taxes or duties that may apply upon arrival in Canada or Mexico. Any import taxes or duties incurred are the sole responsibility of the customer.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer the option for a credit or exchange for another product. Please note that refunds are only accepted for wear items, including ponchos, scarves, and bags. To qualify for these options, all items must be postmarked within seven days of receipt. To initiate this process, please email us at help@pampa-us.com Returns submitted without prior email communication and an open case will not be processed.

Important to know that all custom orders, made-to-order rugs, furniture, prints, bed linen, home rituals, sale items and all items purchased during offer periods are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Due to the handmade nature of Pampa Made-to-Order rugs, we like to make all customers aware that there are usually slight variances in colour tones, designs and final dimensions. The online images are a guideline for not just the customer, but also our weavers, who will create a replica as close as possible to these images. All Made to Order rugs are final sales and by placing your order you are agreeing to our Made-to-Order rug terms and conditions.
